Soma loses to Chinese Research Society for several days since the beginning of The Tootsuki Academy Moon Banquet Festival (Food Wars Vol. 15). However, Soma never gives up and even creates a beautifully creative dish to compete against Kuga’s mapo doufu. Will the newly created dish able to change the situation or it’s just another failure?
Later on that day, Soma has the chance to visit the Uptown Area to enjoy a full-course dining prepares by Tsukasa, the current first seat of the Elite Ten Council. At the same time, Erina’s father, Azami Nakiri, has returned to Tootsuki Academy and he pays a visit to her restaurant. His appearance is a shock to everyone and this leads to the dark secret behind of Erina’s family and her childhood life. Besides of that, his appearance also will change the future of Tootsuki Academy and what will that be?
A lot of surprises emerge in this volume and the story reaches another climax since the final match. The direction of Tootsuki Academy has changed and I’m pretty sure everyone can’t wait to know the future of the academy.
